How this gets handled: bugs and broken features are triaged and fixed as soon as possible. Structural/UX redesign requests are reviewed twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays. New feature ideas are reviewed twice a week, Wednesdays and Sundays, and logged into the build roadmap or scheduled. Every idea and redesign request gets a status you can check anytime on the
suggestions board, where you can also vote on what matters most to you.
